Pre-launch — we are seeking founding supply, distribution and capability partners.

Terms — draft for legal review

Terms of sale and rental

Pricing, payment, delivery, and how the flexible rental option is intended to work.

Pricing and tiers

Published pricing is transparent by design. Tier 1 concession pricing ($120–$220) is available to concession and health care card holders, pensioners, and households referred by a case manager or housing provider. Tier 2 standard retail pricing applies to everyone else. Tier 3 rates are contracted with commercial customers.

Concession eligibility is established either by sighting a valid card — we record the card type and the date sighted, never the card number — or by referral from a partner organisation that has verified eligibility.

All prices shown are in Australian dollars. Pricing figures across this site are indicative planning assumptions pending validation by our supply pilot, and the price confirmed to you in writing at the point of sale is the price that applies.

Payment

Payment is accepted by card, EFTPOS, bank transfer, or invoice for commercial customers. Nothing we offer involves compounding interest, default fees, or a credit assessment.

Crisis relief stock is released free or at nominal cost through referral partners. No household is asked to enter a payment arrangement to access crisis stock.

Delivery and installation

Delivery is available across To be confirmed — collections and delivery within the launch region. Concession and referred households receive free or discounted delivery and installation.

Installation covers connection to existing, compliant water and electrical outlets. We do not carry out plumbing or electrical alteration work. If your outlets are not suitable we will tell you before delivery rather than leave a machine you cannot use.

Flexible rental — intended terms

The rental option is designed as small regular payments with no credit check, no compounding interest, and an ownership option. The total payable to own the unit outright is disclosed before anything is signed and does not change.

There is no fee for paying out early, and no arrangement in which a household pays for an extended term and owns nothing at the end.

Rental and any deferred-payment terms are subject to legal review before being offered — including whether any deferred-payment offer engages credit regulation in the operating jurisdiction. We will not offer terms we have not had reviewed.

Collection service

Collection is a fee-for-service pickup priced between $20 and $30 depending on access and volume. Every collected unit receives a chain-of-custody record.

By booking a collection you confirm you are entitled to dispose of the items, and that they are free of fire damage, flood contamination and asbestos-containing components.

Status of this page. Requirements for selling second-hand electrical appliances — testing standards, tagging, record-keeping, licensing, and the treatment of rental or deferred-payment offers — vary by state and territory and change over time. The applicable obligations for the operating jurisdiction must be confirmed with the relevant electrical safety regulator, consumer affairs body and a qualified lawyer before the first unit is sold. This site identifies risk areas; it is not legal advice and is not a compliance opinion.
